The Deep Voice Test produces a real-time fundamental frequency estimate using a 4096-sample FFT window and autocorrelation-based F0 detection bounded to the 80–330 Hz deep voice range. Practical accuracy is ±5–10 Hz under typical conditions — a quiet environment, a sustained vowel, and a microphone with adequate low-frequency response.
This tool is provided as an educational and diagnostic reference resource. It is not a certified measurement instrument. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any clinical, professional, contractual, or safety-critical decision without independent professional verification.
